This role will be a member of the Workforce Systems & Payroll team with the opportunity to work in a hybrid or remote work arrangement.The ideal candidate will have current experience working with Workday Payroll and ADP systems.In this role, the essential functions include the following:Reviews timecard data prior to payroll submission, investigates root cause of errors, and ensures accuracy of the dataWorks with other members on the HR team to ensure a smooth payroll cycle and timely transactionsWorks with third party payroll provider, ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., taxes, payment upon terminations, deductions, etc.)Compiles periodic reports for payroll, worker's compensation, and special management requestsInteracts and communicates at all levels of the CompanyMaintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and recordRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of payroll processing experience including an understanding of multi-state payrollProficiency with Excel and experience with Workday PayrollStrong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree in related fieldExperience with NetSuiteIf your experience aligns with our basic qualifications and you are inspired by our mission, we'd like to connect. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
