Payroll Specialist
Location: Fishers, IN (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Process accurate and timely payroll for employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems
Review payroll changes including new hires, terminations, benefits, and deductions
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment
Strong HRIS experience and proficiency with payroll systems
Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
