Payroll Specialist
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $75,000-$95,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
Support payroll system implementation (Oracle HCM preferred)
Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT teams
Assist with system setup, testing, and parallel payroll runs
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Review payroll data and improve processes
Create reports and support audits
Provide ongoing payroll support after go-live
Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
5-10+ years of payroll or related experience
Oracle HCM Payroll experience is a plus
Experience with UKG or Lawson is a plus
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and taxes
Advanced Excel skills; SQL is a plus
