We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support client payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and providing responsive client service.
Responsibilities:
Support clients with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Maintain payroll information, recommend improvements, and assist with updates.
Oversee payroll administration and support system upgrades.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and recommend practical solutions.
Partner with clients to answer questions and improve payroll procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous payroll processing and administration experience.
Proficiency with payroll systems and strong Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
