Payroll Specialist - Benefits and Compensation :
$23-$26 per hour, plus overtime opportunities
Potential 5% annual bonus based on company and individual performance

Payroll Specialist - Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
Strong attention to detail with experience auditing payroll and identifying discrepancies
Ability to analyze payroll data, research issues, and help determine root causes
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to work with confidential employee information
Payroll Specialist - Preferred Background & Skills Background with a smaller or mid-sized organization where you have handled multiple payroll responsibilities
Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliation, benefits deductions, or timekeeping systems
Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding the "why" behind payroll data and discrepancies
Self-motivated, dependable professional who takes ownership and is eager to continue developing their payroll career
