Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Manage payroll compliance, tax reporting, and reconciliations
Administer payroll-related programs including benefits, 401(k), and PTO
Resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with HR, managers, and vendors
Support year-end payroll processing and reporting
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG
Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting
