Citi's PBWM Technology Summer Analyst Program is seeking talented students for the Leadership & Delivery track, based in Dallas, Texas, and Jacksonville, Florida, with targeted graduation dates between December 2024 and May 2025. This 10-week immersive program offers a unique experience within PBWM Technology teams, focusing on three tracks: Software Development (iOS, Android, Angular, Java), Data & Analytics (Data Engineer, Machine Learning & Visualization), and Leadership & Delivery (Project Management, Product Management, and more). The Leadership & Delivery track is project leadership-oriented and offers roles such as project management, business analysis, risk management, UI/UX design, and more. While technical knowledge is preferred, it's not required, as success in these roles relies on communication, analytical, organizational skills, and problem-solving. The program feeds into the full-time PBWM Technology Analyst Program, providing further development and rotations for well-rounded professionals. Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree, have a GPA of 3.0 or above, and not require U.S. work authorization sponsorship.
