Personal Care Assistant / PCAAt Patience In Home Care PCA Services, our mission is to develop sanctuaries of care for our clients through both employee engagement and establishing a nurturing ethical environment. We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. We can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate preferred hours.Job type: 7pm - Midnight (Monday-Friday)Overview: Providing 1:1 care in a loving home.
Responsibilities:
Provide health care services in patient's residence with:DressingBathingGroomingToiletingMobility, Transfers & PositioningEatingSkills and Requirements:Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsProficiency in EnglishCaring and compassionate personalityHelpful Skills:Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant including bathing and toileting.Health care administration skillsBenefits:Flexible ScheduleCompetitive Pay401k (21 and up; participants receive $50 annual contribution)ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accumulation 80 hours).Annual BonusReferral ProgramSalary: $17 - $20 per hour
