Caregiver – PCA/CNA | Roswell/Sandy Springs AreaPosition: Caregiver – PCA/CNA Location: Roswell/Sandy Springs, GA Schedule: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM Pay: $14–$16/hr Start: Immediate StartJob DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide quality in-home care to a client in the Roswell/Sandy Springs area.This position is a great opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys providing companionship and supportive care while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent in her home.The caregiver will provide assistance with daily routines, light meal preparation, hydration, mobility and comfort, medication reminders, safety, and emotional support. The caregiver should be attentive to changes in the client’s breathing, pain level, mobility, mood, and overall well-being and communicate any concerns to the office.ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with activities of daily living as neededMonitor the client’s overall well-being, comfort, and safetyObserve for signs of breathing difficulty and report concernsProvide medication reminders as appropriateAssist with light meal and snack preparationEncourage hydration throughout the shiftAssist with mobility and provide support when neededObserve mobility and report significant changes in gait, pain, or comfortHelp maintain a safe environment and identify potential fall hazardsAssist with comfortable positioning as neededEncourage independence by allowing the client to safely complete tasks she can manageProvide reassurance and social interaction while family is awayComplete accurate visit documentationDocument relevant observations, including mood, pain, medication reminders, meals, and hydrationCommunicate changes or concerns to office staff promptlyFollow the client’s care plan and assigned dutiesRequirementsPCA or CNA experience, certification, or training as applicable to the positionCurrent CPR & First Aid certificationCurrent TB test or required TB documentationPrevious caregiving or healthcare experience preferredCompassionate, patient, and professional attitudeReliable and dependable attendanceDependable transportationAbility to communicate effectively with clients and office staffAbility to pass a background checkBenefitsCompetitive pay: $14–$16/hrConsistent 11 AM–2 PM shiftSupportive office teamOpportunities for additional hours as client care needs growAbout UsAlways Best Care – Atlanta provides compassionate, professional in-home care that helps seniors and clients maintain their independence, safety, and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.We value caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.
