Full time and part time evenings 3p-11p and 11p-7a.As a licensed nursing assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.LNA duties and responsibilities:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingDocumenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Other duties as needed.Requirements:Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced caregivers welcomePrior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience working with people with dementia is desiredAs a community associate at Benchmark, you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following:8 holidays & 3 floating holidaysDiscounted meal programPaid training & company-provided uniformsAssociate referral bonus programPhysical & mental health wellness programs401k retirement plan with company match*Medical, vision & dental benefits*Tuition reimbursement program*Vacation and health & wellness paid time off**Eligibility may vary by employment status
