Now Hiring: Pca & Health AideWe are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate personal care assistants (PCA) and health aides to provide quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Hourly rate: $16 - 19.Personal Care Assistant (PCA)Requirements:Must be PCA certified or currently in the process of obtaining PCA certificationPrevious caregiving or home care experience preferredAble to assist clients with personal care and activities of daily livingCompassionate, patient, and respectfulReliable and able to work independentlyGood communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities may include:Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needsAssisting with mobility and transfersProviding companionship and emotional supportAssisting with meals and light household tasksFollowing the client's care plan and safety guidelinesReporting changes in the client's condition or needsHealth AideRequirements:Must be health aide certified or currently in the process of obtaining certificationPrevious home care or caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, dependable, and client-focusedGood communication skillsAble to follow care plans and instructionsComfortable working independently in a home care settingResponsibilities may include:Providing assistance with daily living activitiesSupporting personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparationProviding companionship and supervisionMaintaining a safe and comfortable environmentObserving and reporting changes in the client's conditionWorking closely with the care team and family membersIf you are passionate about helping others and providing compassionate care, we would love to have you join our team!
