PCB AssemblerAssembler - PCB Printed Circuit BoardThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Sugar Land, TexasJob Description:Pay Rate: $19.50/hr plus Overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to HireHours: 1st Shift, 06:00 a.m - 02:00 p.m from Monday to FridayAssembly and soldering of Printed Circuit BoardsRead design drawingsElectronic component identificationUnderstanding of Quality standardsAbility to use microscope for long periods of timeFollow standard procedures, Identifying solder defectsThe Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.Test assembled products.Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.Create labor records for all transactions.Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 yearsEducation Background: High School Diploma/ GEDIs there any certification preferred?
