A local electronics manufacturing company is seeking three experienced Electromechanical Pcb Solder Operators to join their team. If you have experience soldering printed circuit boards and working with electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!Why You'll Love This JobWork with electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards in a professional manufacturing environment.Play an important role in producing high-quality electronic products.Join a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and trainingWhat You'll Be DoingPerform hand soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.Assemble and solder electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.Identify and correct soldering defects and assembly issues.Use hand tools, soldering equipment, microscopes, and other production equipment as required.Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.Communicate quality or production concerns with supervisors and quality personnel.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience with PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly required.Experience with hand soldering electronic components.Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.IPC certification or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
