Job description
Jobot is seeking a highly technical Process Engineer with extensive PCBA experience to join a fast-growth electronics manufacturer in a hands-on, floor-facing role. You will act as a go-to expert, optimizing PCB/PCBA processes, troubleshooting defects in real time, and driving yield and quality improvements across manufacturing operations.
The role requires 8+ years in SMT/PCBA environments, IPC‑A‑610/IPC‑A‑600 knowledge, and ITAR eligibility.
