All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.Job ResponsibilitiesHang (unhangs) parts on paint line carriers according to standard work or proceduresPerform visual check on all parts to ensure quality standards are metOperate electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assemblyUse pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areasMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiativesPerform daily inspections of equipment within area of responsibility to ensure all equipment is in safe working orderStrive to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standardsContinually seek to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of productAbility to learn a variety of different product linesIdentify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improvedWillingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisorRequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Ability to follow standard work and proceduresGood communication skills (verbal and written)High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredBENEFITS: Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following their hire date.Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k10 paid holidaysVacation and Sick Leaveand more!The Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
