Job description
Most PCS7 work in this country comes with a suitcase. A project two states away, a hotel for three months, home at weekends if the startup behaves.
This one is a single site you drive to every morning and home from every night.
PCS7 Automation Engineer
South Chicago
$100-150k
The company is a Siemens process integrator, and PCS7 is the centre of what they do rather than a platform they dabble in. Engineers I've placed there have stayed. The CEO still programs.
Every hour you work above 40 is paid at your hourly rate. On a commissioning project that adds up.
You don't need to be the most senior PCS7 engineer in the market. They're hiring at more than one level. You do need to have built and commissioned something in PCS7 yourself, in a process plant, pharma, chemical or food.
You don't have to live next door, but you need to be there every day. If you're thinking about a move to the area, that's welcome too.
If you're interested get in touch today.
