Job description
Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PCU - Progressive Care Unit Supervisor for a nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.
This position includes clinical supervision on a shift basis, coordination of admissions, discharges and transfers, unit staffing for the next shift, and acting as a resource and role model for staff. It also involves supervisory input into evaluations and performance reviews and completing required competencies during the introductory period.
