Job description
STV in Florida is seeking a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Director to drive the Transportation PD&E lifecycle across the state. You will lead pursuits, shape strategy, and build a high-performance team to win work and expand the firm’s PD&E presence with FDOT partners.
This leadership role requires a seasoned seller-doer with deep PD&E and NEPA experience, strong client relationships, and a track record of delivering complex projects from planning through environmental approvals
