Experienced Dialysis Technician (PCT)DaVita is seeking an Experienced Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients in our Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) programs. This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease.Canton Dialysis will be your home clinic, but you will be required to float to other clinics within the region.What You'll Do:Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (subject to change based on the needs of the patients)Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervisionPrepare and maintain dialysis equipmentMonitor and record patient vitals and treatment responsesSupport follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-insProvide technical and emotional support throughout HHD trainingRequirementsAccredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalentComfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetFlexible schedule (may include weekends or holidays)Willing to train and float across clinics as neededRequired: Dialysis Experience with an active OCDT/CCHT certificationWhat We OfferPaid training with ongoing education and career pathsFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time offFamily support: backup child/elder care, Headspace, EAP, parental leaveCareer development Programs: Clinical Ladders, Bridge to Your Dreams RN programEmpower patients through independence.
