PED Systems Analyst SupportLocation: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term ContractBasic Qualifications:Helpdesk and account provisioning experienceAbility to deal with ambiguity and be flexible in both schedule and workflowAttention to detailWillingness to learn and maintain a positive attitudeExperience in communication with customers or external partiesWorking knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki, and SplunkRemote management skillsSoftware distribution experienceGeneral network troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with financial, payments, or fraud detection systemsPOS support experience, especially with Oracle SimphonyRole and responsibilities:Provide support for PED rolloutDocument and share the steps of resolutionsEnsure operational stability and minimal downtime of core retail payment systems dailyShow empathy to store partners and always seek ways to serve them betterEstablish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology, and store partnersCommunicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customersEffectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectivesUphold company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
