Job description
Ivy Pediatric Therapy in Newport News, VA seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new practice from the ground up. You will lead clinical operations, shape patient experiences, recruit and mentor staff, and partner with Ivy Health to scale the clinic.
As BCBA licensed or eligible, you will implement treatment standards, cultivate relationships with local physicians, and drive community outreach while earning equity in your start-up clinic.
