Job description
A mission-driven community health organization in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychologist (and/or Adult Psychologist) to join its outpatient behavioral health team focused on expanding access to integrated, whole-person care for underserved populations.
Position Highlights:
Full-time and part-time outpatient behavioral health roles available (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Provide psychological services primarily to children, adolescents, and families
Treat patients with a range of mental health conditions and dual diagnoses
Collaborative integrated care model addressing physical, mental, and social health
Opportunity to work within a growing community health system focused on access and equity
Potential to engage in teaching and collaboration with residents and medical students
Supportive, physician- and clinician-friendly environment
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in Indiana
Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) endorsement required or eligible
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation with insurable driving record
Strong interest in pediatric and adolescent mental health care
Commitment to community-based, underserved populations
