Carilion Children s is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Adolescent Medicine Physician to serve as Section Chief of our established Adolescent and School-Based Health program, which includes three school-based health clinics, expanding care across the region. The Section Chief role offers a leadership opportunity which combines clinical practice, academic engagement, and program development within a physician-led academic health system.

Carilion Children s is western Virginia s primary pediatric referral center and is anchored by a 60-bed NICU/Intermediate nursery, 8-bed PICU, 24-bed pediatric inpatient unit, Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center, dedicated pediatric emergency department, 19 pediatric subspecialty clinics and robust ancillary services, and residency programs including Pediatric, Family Medicine, OB-Gyn, and IM.
