nNorthern Light pediatric anesthesiologists work closely and collaboratively with our two pediatric surgeons, pediatric orthopedist and extensive pediatric support teams, including Inpatient Pediatrics, PICU, NICU, Peds GI, and Peds Cardiology to coordinate safe, high-quality care for our tiniest patients.
nPractice Highlights:
nnnMonday-Friday work week. Calls include a combination of12-hr overnight shifts with post-call day off and back-up home pager call. No 24-hr call in-house call.

nnAverage of 1 in 6 in-house or pager call.

nnAnesthesia Care Team model with CRNA medical direction
n
nnCore team of CRNAs for neonatal and challenging peds cases
n
nnNew operating rooms, endovascular hybrid operating rooms, and state of the art interventional/electrophysiology procedure rooms
n
nnWork with a close-knit group of collaborative anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons and support staff who respect one another’s skillsets, experience and contributions to patient care
n
n nOur pediatric surgical service averages over 600 operative cases per year and provides care for a variety of pediatric cases including:
nnnDental, ENT, orthopedics, scoliosis, acute surgery and neonatal emergencies.
n
nnIn addition to pediatric cases, our highly skilled physician group provides anesthesia coverage for a broad spectrum of surgical cases including general surgery, trauma, ortho trauma, vascular, bariatrics, thoracic, ENT, urology, GYN, neurosurgery, electrophysiology, endoscopy, labor and delivery
n
n nCompensation Information:
nnn$620,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.

nnThe compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
