Pediatric Dental Assistant OpportunityWe are a growth-oriented pediatric dental practice looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dental assistant to join our friendly, positive team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with kids, and value work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you.Compensation And BenefitsHourly pay: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan (401k/IRA)ScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday — enjoy your weekends!ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our pediatric dental team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Placing sealants and assisting with stainless steel crowns (SSCs)Providing pulpotomy assistanceAssisting with space maintainer proceduresManaging patient behavior in a calm, effective, and child-friendly mannerCommunicating clearly and compassionately with parents and guardiansMaintaining a smooth, efficient clinical workflowRequirements3+ years of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred)Coronal Polish Certification (required)X-ray Certification (required)A positive, team-first attitudeStrong communication skills and a genuine love for working with childrenAbout The CompanyWe believe great patient care starts with a great team.
