Job description
Ivy Rehab ABA is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an ABA program in our outpatient clinic. You will assess, plan, and supervise care for children with autism, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.
This full-time role offers a competitive base salary, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities to become an equity partner. You will mentor behavior technicians and engage families to extend progress beyond sessions.
