Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Optum Behavioral Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Newington, CT team. This hybrid role embeds within primary care, delivering evidence-based behavioral health care to pediatric patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
You will provide brief interventions, track outcomes, and participate in care planning within the Collaborative Care Model, supporting whole-person health in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
