Job description
Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric Behavioral Health Interventionist (BHI) to join our outpatient primary care clinics in Ventura. The BHI will support screening, brief intervention, and care coordination within a Collaborative Care Model for youth and young adults aged 0–26, partnering with PCPs and other specialists.
