Jackson Physician Search is seeking an experienced physician for a San Antonio based pediatric cardiac anesthesia role. The position offers balance, predictability, and flexibility without sacrificing compensation, with an expanding practice model and support from a dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU.

Flexible staffing options include part time, shared FTE, or reduced schedules, and academic title is available based on experience. Compensation is $800,000+ with additional pay for extra coverage.
