Job description
Nemours Children's Health in Orlando is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse Manager for our Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Unit. You will lead APRNs and PAs, ensuring high-quality patient care while aligning provider development with unit quality goals.
The role requires active Florida APRN licensure with national certification, AHA BLS/PALS, and at least 5 years of ICU/cardiac experience. Leadership experience is preferred and collaboration with physicians is essential.
