Role:
PICU/CVPICU Nurse
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced, family-centered care to critically ill pediatric and cardiac patients. Manage complex ventilators, infusions, and monitoring equipment. Respond swiftly to patient status changes and collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, and surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize a tech-driven platform to support flexible assignments, contribute to safer care practices, and enhance clinician experience in a nurse-centric environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experienced in pediatric and cardiac critical care. Proficient in managing ventilators, drips, and monitoring devices. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
