Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 4 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Pediatric Cardiac Sonography experience with 1 month within the last 6 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum experience is 4 years total, with at least 1 year of pediatric experience at a high-acuity, fast-paced facility. Experience with CAD, hypertension, post-TAVR, and TEE cases is required.
Required Credentials: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) is required.
Unit Details: Patient types and cases include CAD, hypertension, post-TAVR, and TEE; pediatric patients range from ages 0-18 years, typically 2-3 per week. The average workload is 4-6 scans per shift, depending on the schedule. A Cannon ultrasound unit is used in the clinic; experience with it is preferred. Philips equipment is used at the hospital.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule is Monday-Friday. No weekend rotation. No call. Holiday expectations: 1-2 per contract.
Floating Requirements: Floats to adult echo during downtime if needed and to the outpatient clinic across the street as needed (406 South 30th Ave, Suite 101, Yakima, WA 98902).
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
