Job description
AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, FL, seeks a dynamic Medical Director, Pediatric Cardiac Surgery to lead our pediatric open-heart program. You will partner with our cardiac surgeons and ICU teams to advance clinical care, outcomes, and program growth.
The ideal candidate is a senior pediatric cardiac surgeon with Board Certification eligibility, Florida license, and a proven track record in complex neonatal and congenital heart surgery. A collaborative, family-centered approach is required.
