Job description
Bluebird Kids Health in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Patient Access Specialist to ensure seamless access to care for the children and families we serve. As the first point of contact, you will answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve patient needs with professionalism and empathy.
You will manage multi-channel communications, coordinate appointments with clinical teams, and maintain accurate patient information while upholding HIPAA standards.
