Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) opportunity!

The practice is expanding into a larger clinic space, allowing for team growth!
Position Overview
A Mix of Settings: Enjoy working in home-based Early Intervention (EI) services, a boutique clinic, or schools. Choose to work in homes only or split your time between homes and clinic!
Clinic is in Pleasanton, CA
EI caseloads can be built throughout the East Bay -- keep your driving to a minimum and work near your home!
Flexible Hours: Whether you're looking for full-time (32+ hours/week) or part-time (20+ hours/week), there are options to fit your needs.
CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES! A ladder program is available for therapists who want to grow into leadership opportunities with reduced caseloads.

The Details:
1+ years of pediatric experience required.
California Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
Must have excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively connect with both children and their families.
Must be able to work in person in Pleasanton, CA or throughout the East Bay
Competitive Pay & Perks:
$35-55/hour, depending on experience
Bonus opportunities for over 26 direct clinical hours/week
Mileage reimbursement
Group medical
$600/year CEU budget
401k with 3% employer match
