Job description
Ivy Rehab in New Jersey seeks a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP licensed). You’ll build a brand-new clinic from the ground up, shaping location, team, culture, and patient experience with Ivy Health’s infrastructure and support.
You’ll lead clinical care, recruit and develop staff, establish referral networks, and collaborate with real estate, operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive responsible growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
