Job description
Ivy Pediatric Therapy seeks a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to open and grow a pediatric therapy clinic. You will lead the clinical vision, recruit and mentor staff, and build strong relationships with local physicians and families.
In this start-up role, you will shape the patient experience, ensure high-quality therapy across PT/OT/SLP, and collaborate with Ivy Health leadership to scale the new practice while maintaining clinical autonomy.
