Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate care in a clinic setting, delivering direct nursing care, patient education, and discharge planning within a collaborative team. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and ancillary staff to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements include an active Arizona RN license or compact license, BLS certification, and a BSN within six years of hire for new RNs; clinic experience is preferred.
