Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare in Flagstaff seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients and families in a clinic setting. You will perform the nursing process, lead a care team, and support discharge planning.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring infection prevention and safety standards. A BSN within 6 years, Arizona RN license and BLS are required.
