Job description
Spyglass Ops in the Atlanta metro area is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to anchor multi-site pediatric therapy operations. You will build systems, stabilize clinician retention, and partner with executive leadership to scale to ten locations.
You will translate financial goals into sustainable workflows, optimize billing and EMR, and lead onboarding, mentorship, and performance programs across three clinics to ensure high-quality patient care.
