Job description
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication management services, educate patients and staff, and ensure safe and effective therapy. The role focuses on clinical, operational, financial, safety, and regulatory activities within a busy pharmacy environment.
The position reports to an immediate supervisor/manager and may involve cross-functional collaboration across departments to improve patient outcomes and drive value in care delivery.
