Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Pediatrics to partner with interdisciplinary teams in delivering safe, evidence-based medication therapy for pediatric patients. You will act as a clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and patients, while advancing clinical excellence and Mercy's mission.
Responsibilities include reviewing records, optimizing regimens, providing dosing guidance, precepting students, and contributing to QA initiatives.
