Job description
Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a pediatric-focused Complex Case Management RN for a temporary, 40-hour-per-week assignment. Reporting to a Complex Case Management Supervisor (RN), you will develop individualized care plans, educate families and providers, and participate in quality improvement studies to improve outcomes while managing costs.
The role requires an active California RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and at least five years of patient care experience
