Job description
Wolfson Children’s Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Director to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for pediatric critical care programs, including the PICU, CVICU, and ECMO, with 24/7 oversight.
The Director leads nursing leaders and multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, high-quality, evidence-based care, driving performance, staff development, and collaboration with physicians and executive leaders.
