About the Clinician's Workday A board-certified Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner is required to provide inpatient coverage in the PCICU, working 12-hour day shifts and 14-hour night shifts, with 60% of shifts designated as nights. Clinicians will manage 5 patients during day shifts and 7 patients during night shifts. Clinicians will collaborate with 1-2 other APPs and an attending physician to support patient care.
