Job description
Connecticut Children's in Hartford seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Pediatric Critical Care to optimize drug therapy for PICU and NICU patients, participate in rounds, and supervise pharmacy staff. You will design therapies, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance with SOPs, ACLS, PALS, USP guidelines in a fast-paced pediatric hospital.
