Job description
The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist for Pediatric Critical Care. This role delivers advanced clinical pharmacy services for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU, NICU, PCICU and evening services, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy.
The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or Doctor of Pharmacy degree, is licensed or eligible, and has certifications in immunization or ACLS/PALS with PGY2 residency or equivalent experience.
