Our final core value is making every minute count, driving performance and efficiency.The mission of the Dental Assistant is to help facilitate parent and patient understanding of the treatment needed as well assisting the doctor with chair side dental procedures. The Dental Assistant is accountable for creating a relationship with parents and patients, assisting the doctor to increase doctor production. The Dental Assistant must be knowledgeable about dentistry and be able to work with the doctor in a wider variety of dental procedures.
