Pediatric Dentist
Columbia, SC Metro Area
Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Four-day workweek Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM and Fridays 8 AM to 2 PM to meet growing patient demand
Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume, well-established private practice with a strong referral base and efficient clinical flow

Favorable Call Schedule: Minimal call with urgent cases manageable at the hospital
Professional Growth Opportunities: Partnership track available with up to 10% buy-in, capped at 2x investment, with mentorship from long-standing practice leaders
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Annual Earnings over $300k
Sign-On Bonus: Available

Qualifications:
Degree: DDS or DMD
Certifications: Pediatric Dentistry Board Certified or Eligible
Licensure: Eligible for licensure in South Carolina
Skillset: Strong interpersonal and pediatric clinical skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Experience: Open to experienced and early-career candidates
