Pediatric Dentist Opportunity

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) network specializing in dental restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a licensed Pediatric Dentist to join an experienced surgical team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical professionals in a close-knit ASC setting. Schedule: Part-Time (1–2 days per week) | No Call | No Weekends | No Holidays

What You'll Do:

Provide dental care for pediatric and special needs patients in an ASC setting

Perform dental restorative and exodontia procedures under general anesthesia

Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day

Coordinate with anesthesia and surgical professionals to support efficient, safe procedures

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Pediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure

Experience treating pediatric patients

Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)

National Board Certification strongly preferred

Ability to practice across Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred

Additional Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and commitment to pediatric dentistry
